Shipping policy

8-1. General

 

The Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering, it being specified that deliveries are not possible in hotels or post office boxes. It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide all relevant information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the address elements in order to facilitate delivery.Otherwise, the Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery difficulties. The Products will be returned to the Seller’s premises and the Customer must contact the Seller’s Customer Service to arrange the recovery of its Products. The costs of return will be borne by the Customer.

Delivery is the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product.

8-2. Delivery terms and conditions

The Products in stock ordered by the Customer will be delivered in Metropolitan France within an average of 1 to 3 working days and outside Metropolitan France within an average of 8 working days from the dispatch of the order by the Seller.

The Customer acknowledges that in the case of pre-order, the delivery time may be extended. The estimated delivery time appears on the Product sheet at the time of purchase, and in the pre-order confirmation email. The delivery time depends on the time required and the production volume of all pre-ordered products. It varies between 4 and 6 weeks after validation of the production.Once in stock, the Pre-ordered Product is shipped and delivered within the same time frame as the Products in stock orders.

Delivery is made as soon as the Products are delivered to the Customer by the carrier or by the Relay Point, materialized by the control system of each of them.

Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more Products, the Products ordered will be delivered at one time. In the case of split shipments, shipping costs will only be charged once.

The Seller offers traditional parcel delivery.

The Products are delivered:

or "So Colissimo" with delivery (without signature) in the mailbox. The delivery time generally observed for the products is from 1 to 3 working days after the parcel is processed and shipped by the Seller (normal delivery time given by the Post Office). The Post Office may leave a notice of passage when the parcel is too large to be deposited in the mailbox,
he will indicate the post office that will keep the parcel for 2 weeks.
or in the Point Mondial Relay indicated on the Site for orders to be delivered in metropolitan France. The delivery time generally observed for the Products is from 1 to 3 working days after the parcel is processed and shipped by the Seller (normal delivery time given by Mondial Relay).
The Customer will receive an SMS and an email confirming the availability of his order at the World Relay Point that he will have previously chosen during his order (or at the nearest World Relay Point in case of overload or exceptional closure of the selected Point). The order will be kept for 10 working days by the Point Mondial Relay
To retrieve the order, the Customer must present the withdrawal form sent by Mondial Relay by SMS, the customer notification email and the identity document.
In both cases, the Customer receives, by email, the contact details allowing the order tracking (parcel number and link to the carrier’s website).

The Seller undertakes to make its best efforts to ensure that the Products ordered are delivered to the Customer within the aforementioned deadlines. However, these periods are expressed in working days and communicated as an indication. If the Products ordered have not been delivered within a reasonable additional period of 14 days after the conclusion of the contract,for any reason other than force majeure or the fact of the Customer, the sale may be resolved at the Customer’s written request under the conditions provided for in articles L 216-2, L 216-3 and L241-4 of the French Consumer Code. The sums paid by the Customer will then be returned to him at the latest within 14 days following the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or deduction.
The Customer acknowledges that in the case of pre-order, the additional delivery time referred to above is increased to 8 weeks after the pre-order, due to the manufacturing time observed.
